Hunter Biden associate Patrick Ho was SPY suspect as clip ‘shows Hunter discuss “f***ing spy chief of China”‘

A BUSINESS associate of Hunter Biden was suspected of being a covert agent for the Chinese government, court documents uncovered on Tuesday revealed.

The documents showed that at least one Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) warrant was filed against Chinese businessman Patrick Ho in February 2018.

The 70-year-old was suspected of acting as a covert agent for a foreign government, according to the February 2018 filing

The 70-year-old was later charged with money laundering related to CEFC China Energy contracts in Uganda and Chad in December 2017, according to the court filing.

Ho had been an executive at the multi-billion dollar Chinese energy firm before his arrest, the Daily Caller reported.

An audio recording obtained released on Tuesday allegedly reveals Biden discussing his involvement with what he jokingly refers to as a “spy chief of China.”

The Sun has been unable to independently verify the authenticity of the clip, which was first revealed by The National Pulse, nor the context in which the clip was recorded.

The court filings in his case suggest that federal investigators had counterintelligence concerns about him.

By obtaining the FISA warrant, investigators were allowed to keep electronic and physical tabs on Ho’s property, according to the court filing.

“The United States intends to offer into evidence, or otherwise use or disclose in any proceedings in the above-captioned matter, information obtained or derived from electronic surveillance and physical search conducted pursuant to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act,” prosecutors said in the court filing.

Ho’s lawyers tried to block evidence obtained through the FISA process from being used at his trial, according to one filing submitted in his case.

Prosecutors in the Southern District of New York – where Ho’s case was tried – responded in a filing of their own and claimed that the evidence obtained via the FISAs was classified.

Ho was convicted in March 2019 and sentenced to three years in prison for bribing African leaders at the United Nations on behalf of CEFC in 2018.

Biden was part of a business consortium that partnered with CEFC in 2017 and represented Ho during his case.

Biden was reportedly paid $1million for representing Ho during his legal proceedings

An audio file released on Tuesday labeled “Most Genius S**t Ever” was allegedly found on Biden’s laptop.

Biden appears to reference Ho, a former Secretary for Home Affairs in Hong Kong, as he laments about a possible probe into a “f**king spy chief of China.”

A voice that appears to be Biden’s said: “I get calls from my father to tell me that The New York Times is calling, but my old partner, Eric, who literally has done me harm for I don’t know how long, is the one taking the calls because my father will not stop sending the calls to Eric.”

“I have another New York Times reporter calling about my representation of Patrick Ho – the f**king spy chief of China who started the company that my partner, who is worth $323 billion, founded and is now missing,” he continued.

The missing business partner Biden allegedly references appears to be Ye Jianming, founder of CEFC China Energy.

The company is in hot water over several allegations about the Biden family stemming from information found on his laptop by the New York Post.

Documents obtained by the Post included a September 2017 “Attorney Engagement Letter,” in which Ho agreed to pay Biden a $1million fee for representing him during his legal proceedings.

Biden’s lawyer, George Mesires, previously told the Post he wouldn’t comment on any “information” provided by Rudy Giuliani.

The former New York City Mayor claimed last week that the Chinese government obtained private emails from Biden’s laptop.
