‘Senile’ Joe Biden laughs off Donald Trump’s attacks on his mental fitness

JOE Biden said he plans to show Donald Trump by his actions that he’s mentally fit to serve two terms as president.

“Watch me. Mr. President. Watch me,” said Biden, speaking with David Muir of the ABC show “World News Tonight” in an interview that airs Sunday.

Biden, responding to a question from Muir noting that Trump has slammed Biden as senile and “diminished,” also stuck up for running mate Kamala Harris.

“Look at us both. Look at us both, what we say, what we do, what we control, what we know, what kind of shape we’re in,” Biden, 77, said.

Biden, if elected, would be the oldest president ever to serve in the White House.

But the aging Democrat also acknowledged that “it’s a legitimate question” to ask aging candidates if they are fit to serve as president.

“I think it’s a legitimate question to ask anybody over 70 years old whether or not they’re fit and whether they’re ready. But I just, only thing I can say to the American people, it’s a legitimate question to ask anybody. Watch me,” Biden said.

Trump, 74, and Biden have repeatedly butted heads about their mental agility.

In July, Trump challenged Biden to take the 35-question Montreal Cognitive Assessment, a test designed to detect early signs of memory loss and other mild cognitive impairment.

Trump told Fox News host Chris Wallace that he had taken the test, which he described as “not the hardest.”

Wallace also asked the president if he thought Biden is senile.

“I don’t want to say that. I’d say he’s not competent to be president,” Trump said.

Earlier this summer, Biden asserted that he’s “constantly tested” for cognitive decline, People reported.

“This president talks about cognitive capability — he doesn’t seem to be cognitively aware of what’s going on,” Biden said.
